How much do you charge per hour for your cleaning serivces?Our fees vary depending on the service offered. We happily meet with new clients for a free consultation and estimate. During the consultation, we will walk with you through your home and discuss your needs. Within 24 hours, your consultant will email a free estimate to you that includes the approximate amount of time and costs needed to complete your cleaning. *Remember, estimates are our "best guess" and we will adjust the final costs (less or more) according to the exact time needed to complete the cleaning of your home.

Will I have a different housekeeper every time my home is cleaned?TLC Cleaning Professionals is UNIQUE ! We strive to pair our cleaners and clients in mutually beneficial relationships where clients have a consistent housekeeper they know and trust and housekeepers have a consistent schedule built around their family's needs. However, we realize that there are times when housekeepers have personal needs that keep them from work (ex. illness, children's activities, etc.) and in those situations where appointments cannot be rescheduled, we are happy to send a different housekeeper to your home, if possible.

How do you determine how much it will cost to clean my home?TLC Cleaning Professionals uses an estimating tool to help us determine how long it will take to clean a home, and therefore what the cost will be. The tool was created based on our previous cleaning experience. New clients should expect that their first cleaning will take the longest, as it takes time to become familiar with a new home. But generally, by the 2nd or 3rd cleaning we are able to shave 30-60 minutes off the cleaning time due to establishing a routine.

Do you offer any discounts?YES! It's our joy to offer discounts to senior citizens. We also have a referral program that allows current clients to earn unlimited discounts by referring our services to friends and family! Ask your cleaning technician how you can begin earning TLC Rewards today.

Do you sell gift cards?YES!! Give the gift of clean to your friends and family! Click on the "Gift Card" button in the menu at the top of our website. Fill out the form and make your payment. An e-gift card will be sent to your loved one for them to use the next time they schedule an appointment.

Payments Accepted
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment can be made at the time of service OR within 24 hours via invoice.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans change. We ask that give us no less than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 cancellation charge so that we can compensate our cleaning technician for their time.

Our desire is to serve you with excellence! We strive to keep open communication with each of our clients. If your cleaning technician has not met your expectations, we ask that you kindly inform them of your desires so that they have the opportunity to make things right. If communication with your cleaning technician doesn't result in the desired change, give us a call here at the office and we will work to meet your needs.
